Sound Bowl Healing
Continuing on from our Women’s Circle, we invite you to sink deeper into rest and integration with a beautiful Sound Bowl Healing journey led by our practitioner Lisa.
This is a gentle and nurturing experience designed to support the nervous system, calm the mind, and bring the body back into a state of balance and harmony after emotional and energetic release.
As the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, soothing tones, and healing frequencies wash over you, you are guided into a deeply restorative state where tension can soften and the body can begin to reset. Sound healing works on a cellular level, helping to release stagnant energy, restore energetic flow, and create space for clarity, peace, and inner alignment.
This offering is the perfect continuation after our Women’s Circle, allowing you to fully integrate your experience in a held and supportive space. It is a time to simply receive, to be still, and to reconnect with yourself beyond the noise of everyday life.
Allow yourself to be carried by sound, held in community, and nourished in stillness as you return home to your own centre.
Reiki #3 - Masters Training
For those who wish to continue their Reiki Training, the level 3 - Masters training is now available to book online or in store.
This training is for those who have completed their level 1 AND 2 and can give documentation to support this.
A full day event that includes:
* Hands on experience
*Work books and notes
*The ability to use reiki as a practitioner at a master level
A complementary healing modality to many other modalities like naturopathy, bowen therapy and massage.
Payment plans are available and must be paid in store and in full before the event.

This empowering, practical workshop teaches you how to muscle test with accuracy so you can understand your body’s messages, test foods and supplements, work with tarot cards more intuitively, and release emotional energy that has been stored in your body for years.

A beautiful full day training that will teach those who are curious about reiki:

You will receive your full Reiki level 1 attunment with our reiki Master Deb as well as workbooks and hands out to assist you with your reiki practice.

Moon Circle Gathering
We are hosting a very informal gathering of women who like to discuss herbs, spells, moon cycles and everything in between.
This event will be called our Moon Circle and is chance for those who practice or wish to learn about herbs, spells and the moon cycles to come together to learn and discuss topics like casting a circle, protection rituals and exploring various herbs and plants.
So come meet with us to gather and grow.
